Delivery costs will vary by order weight and this is intended as a guide to those charges.
More precise delivery details are available once your selection has been made (taking into account combined individual product weight) and you will be able to view these once in the checkout area of the web site.
Delivery times
When purchasing your products you will be given the choice of various delivery methods. If you select Royal Mail parcel post: Royal mail aim to deliver this within 3-5 working days of posting. However this is not a guaranteed delivery time. If you select Royal Mail Special Delivery: this is a guaranteed delivery time of one working day after posting. If you select Courier, this usually take one-two days, occasionally this has taken a little longer if you are more remote or at very busy times of the year.
Please note: Orders placed during the day are normally sent out the next working day after they have been placed which allows us to process the order in the shop.
Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands etc
If you are located in a more remote area (Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man) we will only be able to send your goods to you via the Royal Mail delivery method - which you can select at checkout.
